I am however THRILLED to tomorrow begin the Abreu Felowship at the New England Conservatory with 9 other inspired musicians and leaders. We will thoughtfully explore the benefits and pitfalls of bringing a sensational and controversial Venezuelan music program called El Sistema to the United States.
